At Jesus Canvas, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return, exchange, and refund policy for our physical and digital products.

Returns & Refunds

Physical Products (Canvases & Posters)

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it for free or issue a full refund.

• If you simply change your mind, you can still return the item, but return shipping costs may apply.

• Customers are responsible for returning the item in order to receive a refund.

• Refunds are processed once we receive the returned item.

Exchanges (Size & Product Variations)

• If you ordered the wrong size or want a different product variation, we’re happy to exchange it.

• The original item must be returned in new condition, and customers may be responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement.

• Exchanges are subject to availability.

Order Cancellations

Because each canvas is made to order, cancellations depend on the status of your order.

• If your item has not yet been printed or shipped, we can cancel and issue a full refund.

• If your order is already in production or has shipped, we are unable to cancel. In that case, please refer to our return policy below.

Digital Products (Instant Downloads)

• Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds on digital artwork.

• If you experience any issues with your file (e.g., incorrect format, quality issues), please contact us, and we’ll provide a replacement or assistance.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return or exchange.

3. For damaged items, please include photos as proof.

4. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide further instructions.

5. Once we receive the order, we'll issue a refund. It should take 3 to 7 business days to appear on your statement.
